In the past two weeks, the four expert groups in DRIVE2TRANSFORM have officially kicked off! In dedicated online sessions, experts from across Europe came together to launch the collaborative work in the four key focus areas:
- Electrification
- Autonomous Driving
- Connectivity
- Platform Economy
Each session began with a presentation of the project and its strategic framework, followed by introductions of all participating experts. The exchange included individual areas of expertise, perspectives on current challenges, and potential contributions — forming the basis for identifying relevant use cases, needs, and added value for the participating regions and companies.
Initial discussions already outlined possible topics and helped shape the priorities for the next round of meetings.
These kick-off sessions were also reflected upon during our consortium meeting in Budapest, helping ensure close alignment between the expert groups and the broader project strategy.
We’re excited to enter the next phase: the follow-up meetings will focus on deepening discussions, identifying concrete innovation fields, and shaping impactful outputs for the mobility transformation.
