Partner meeting and study visit
On Thursday, 24 September, the Drive2Transform partners met for their internal partner meeting, hosted by project partner Business Upper Austria.
Steve Schumann (TechBase Regensburg, Lead Partner) opened with an overview of the project management and the current status of the project. Angelika van Es from the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Joint Secretariat then briefed the partners on the final reporting period and the steps towards project closure.
In a study visit, Business Upper Austria presented how it works: its cluster structure, the Automotive Cluster and the Future Mobility Region, policy and location management, human capital management and investor services, as well as the subsidiaries Upper Austrian Research and Linz Center of Mechatronics.
The meeting closed with a timetable for the coming project meetings, leading up to the Closing Event in Regensburg in November 2026. Many thanks to Business Upper Austria for hosting the consortium and for a well-organised week.
