Driving Change II: Module 3 Data, Mindset, and Application

On November 13, 2025, Module 3 of the Driving Change series on the topic of “Data, Mindset, and Application – Increasing Efficiency through Artificial Intelligence” took place at TechBase Regensburg. The event highlighted the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence (AI) as a key driver of corporate innovation and efficiency gains.

After a basic introduction to different AI categories, the key success factors in the areas of user definition, technology, organization, and skills were addressed. The focus was on ensuring data quality and availability. Led by speaker Dr. Philipp Ramin,  i40 the future skills company, there was an intensive discussion on how crucial competence is for the successful application of AI. In interactive workshop groups, participants developed practical use cases for machine learning and generative AI and deepened their knowledge of “advanced prompting.”

The conclusion of the workshop: AI success is a question of competence and mindset! The workshop made it clear that the successful integration of AI goes far beyond technology. It requires strategic anchoring, supported by an “AI-first mindset” on the part of all those involved. The discussions showed that building specific AI application skills – from “advanced prompting” to understanding data quality – is the decisive lever for actually achieving efficiency gains and innovations.
