On October 29, 2026, the Mobility & Logistics Cluster’s general meeting took place at TechBase Regensburg. The event focused on reviewing the past year’s activities and projects, as well as jointly developing the cluster’s strategy. The general meeting offered members the opportunity to learn about current developments, gain new insights, and actively contribute to the network’s future direction.
Following the welcome and opening remarks, the program began with a technical presentation on data-driven construction site coordination. Under the title “Where Will Construction Take Place Tomorrow? BAIKOR_R – Data-Driven Construction Site Coordination of Tomorrow,” Johann Mooslechner, Operations Manager at Synnotech AG, made this the central theme of his presentation. The presentation addressed the question of how data can help better coordinate construction projects in the future and support planning processes. The topic highlighted the importance of digital approaches for more efficient transportation and infrastructure planning and established a direct connection to the cluster’s areas of focus.
This was followed by the annual report from the Mobility & Logistics Cluster. This agenda item provided an overview of the network’s activities, ongoing projects, and initiatives. The focus was on the cluster’s role as a platform for exchange and collaboration among companies, academia, and other stakeholders in the fields of mobility and logistics. The annual review also served as the basis for the subsequent discussion on the future priorities of the cluster’s work.
A central component of the general meeting was the joint strategy workshop. Working in small groups, the participants explored potential topics and areas of cooperation for the cluster’s further development. The goal of the workshop was to incorporate the perspectives and needs of the members and to gather suggestions for the future strategic direction. The direct exchange provided an opportunity to bring together different points of view and to explore potential for collaboration within the network.
