This year’s CONNECTA career fair took place on October 22 and 23, 2025, on the campus of OTH Regensburg. Under the motto “Bärenstarke Karrierechancen” (Great Career Opportunities), the event served as a central platform for interaction between students, graduates, and over 250 regional and national companies and institutions.
The Cluster Mobility & Logistics was represented alongside TechBase in the exhibitor tent (Booth Z 16). Interested visitors could learn about TechBase’s diverse offerings—ranging from support for startups and the DGO (Digital Startup Initiative Upper Palatinate) to innovative projects in the field of artificial intelligence (AIR Artificial Intelligence Regensburg) and mobility solutions of the future.
In addition to the exhibition, a diverse supporting program featuring expert presentations, workshops, and speed-connecting sessions enabled targeted preparation for entering the workforce. Numerous discussions demonstrated how valuable personal interaction is for the career planning of young talent.
