On January 30, 2026, the second virtual meeting of the “Embedded AI in Production” working group took place online. Following the kick-off webinar in November, the meeting served to continue the collaborative exchange within the working group.
The focus was on a keynote presentation by Prof. Dr. Michael Colombo (Stradigity), who provided an overview of the Edge AI Foundation. The presentation introduced key aspects and fundamental considerations surrounding the topic of Edge AI, thereby providing a starting point for further discussion within the working group.
There was an opportunity for questions afterward. The presentation formed the technical foundation for further exchange and the continuation of joint work within the working group.
