Schindler & Schill GmbH: Process Optimization with PCB Investigator

10/08/2025

Funded project from the SeDiPeT Secure Digital Performance Twin network

As part of the funded innovation project SISSeC, a decisive step toward automation and process optimization was taken with the help of PCB-Investigator (Schindler & Schill GmbH - EasyLogix). The powerful PCB-Investigator software for analyzing and editing PCB data has established itself as an indispensable tool.

The project was initiated within the SeDiPeT Secure Digital Performance Twin network of the Cluster Mobility & Logistics (Central Innovation Program for SMEs ZIM of the BMWE). The goal of the Secure Industrial Semantic Sensor Cloud (SISSeC) project was to develop a technology for Industry 4.0 that enables the secure collection of data from industrial sensors, the semantic classification of this data, and the fiduciary processing and provision of the data in a secure cloud environment with the security objectives of traceability and non-repudiation.

The assembly service provider and PCB supplier Sicoline GmbH - a customer of Schindler & Schill GmbH - views the PCB Investigator as an indispensable tool for optimizing its processes. From the fast and precise verification of working Gerber data to the adjustment of stencil data and the rapid preparation of quotes - the software provides support at every stage, from sales to production.
