From November 23 to 24, the Block.IS consortium met at the project partner Digital SME Alliance in Brussels. There, the project partners prepared for the next day during two working sessions. On November 24, the individual work package leaders then presented the results achieved so far in the successful Block.IS project to the EU project coordinator.
From November 25 to 26, the final cluster mission took place in Brussels as the closing event. The cluster mission opened with a policy workshop in which five keynote speakers from different fields and countries shared their impressions and experiences on the topic of blockchain regulation. The afternoon session focused on the cluster ecosystem at the European level and on how to build a strong transnational ecosystem to promote blockchain activities. The focus of the second day was on the success stories of the project, with various past participants of the individual Block.IS events reporting on their experiences and successes.
The final event was a resounding success, with many participants making it to Brussels despite difficult entry conditions to give the project a fitting conclusion.
